Main features of Nadun VTC 800 CNC vertical lathe:

1.Processing range: suitable for processing some medium and large-sized workpieces of short shafts and some workpieces' faces, such as conical face, inner cylindrical face, outer cylindrical face and chamfering.

2.CNC system: The standard configuration adopts GSK980 CNC system produced by Guangzhou CNC Company, with optional Siemens or domestic KND system. These systems can adapt to high-efficiency, high-speed, high-precision machining, and have the advantages of easy operation, full-featured and high reliability.

3.Servo system: the two servo axis system is a high-precision digital servo system with high-speed microprocessor and software servo control function, which can realize high-speed and high-precision servo control.

4.Electrical system: It has over-current and short-circuit protection, and the relevant actions of the machine tool have corresponding interlocks to protect the equipment and personal safety. At the same time, the electrical system has self-diagnosis function, the operator amaintenance personnel can observe the running status of each part of the machine tool at any time
according to the indicator and display.

5.Lubrication system: The centralized automatic lubrication system is made of domestic or joint-venture, and has the functions of liquid level alarm and pressure alarm.

6.Hydraulic system: In order to balance the load weight of Z-axis, it is equipped with a balancing cylinder. The main hydraulic control components of the hydraulic system are of high quality to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine tool.
