This is a customized hydraulic press with a specially designed four-beam structure on the fuselage. The electrical system is installed with a temperature controller, a PLC programmable controller, and a light curtain protection system. The equipment is used for hot pressing and forming of automotive parts. It is a high-precision hot pressing forming hydraulic press.

Performance Characteristics

Adopting a three-beam and four-column structure, it has stable structure, is compatible with various molds, and has a large operating space.
The hydraulic system adopts advanced cartridge integrated valves. The electrical system uses brand accessories, as well as a temperature control system and PLC, which can achieve precise control of mold temperature and high-precision pressing.
Controlled by touch screen and buttons, the operation is simple.
Stroke, pressure, holding time, and pressing program can be adjusted.
With scientific design, simple structure, and easy maintenance.

Scope Of Application

Suitable for pressing and molding of SMC composite materials, plastics, carbon fibers, fiberglass, resins, and wood shavings. Examples include brake parts ，SMC water tanks, fan covers, plastic pallets, wood shavings pallets, plastic sand tiles, carbon fiber automotive body panels, resin manhole covers, etc. Custom hydraulic presses and matching molding molds are also available upon request.
