Pascal's law drive
Based on Pascal's law (uniform pressure transfer in confined liquids), hydraulic oil is delivered to the integrated valve block via an oil pump and distributed to the upper or lower chamber of the cylinder via a check valve and a relief valve. The high-pressure oil pushes the piston to move, generating a huge pressing force to achieve the stretching, forming and pressing of steel plates (e.g. stainless steel plates, galvanized steel plates).
Advantages of four-column structure
Strong stability: The four-column guiding design ensures the stability of the equipment during the pressing process and reduces the risk of off-loading.
High pressure: common tonnages include 400 tons and 800 tons, which can press water tank plates with specifications such as 1000x1000mm, 1000x500mm, and even directly press right-angle water tanks.
High precision: automated operation is realized through PLC control system, the appearance of pressed template is smooth and the size is precise, which meets the sealing requirement of water tank.
