High process adaptability: The equipment supports multi-stage speed control, including rapid descent, working stroke, holding pressure, and rapid return. To address the significant work hardening characteristics of stainless steel (such as 304 and 316), slow drawing and multi-stage flanging force adjustment can be employed to prevent wrinkling and cracking of the workpiece. Integrated functional modules: High-end models are equipped with independent flanging cylinders (double-acting structure), enabling flanging before drawing to effectively control material flow. Some machines also offer an optional hydraulic pad for reverse drawing processes or ejecting workpieces.
