The upper crossbeam, movable ram, and lower worktable are made of a single piece of cast steel that has undergone tempering treatment. They are guided by four 45# forged steel columns and secured with four lock nuts for preload, ensuring resistance to deformation and long-term precision retention. The ram is guided smoothly by the four columns, preventing mold damage caused by off-center loading. Hydraulic System: The integrated oil circuit uses two-way cartridge valves, resulting in minimal leakage and smooth operation. It supports dual-mode operation: constant-pressure forming and constant-stroke forming with pressure-holding delay. Electrical Control: Standard configuration includes a PLC and push-button control panel with three operating modes (Adjustment, Manual, and Semi-automatic). Optional features include touchscreen programming and servo-controlled precise pressure regulation.
