Performance Characteristics

The machine has a nominal pressure of 500 tons. Its frame is welded with thick steel plates and treated by stress relief to achieve high rigidity and good eccentric load resistance. Equipped with a cartridge valve integrated hydraulic system and PLC touch screen control system, it precisely controls pressure, speed, multi-stage air release, pressure holding curing and slow mold opening. Optional servo drive, mold heating plates and hydraulic ejector cylinder enable one-shot molding of composite parts. It is a mainstream heavy forming equipment for composite industry.
