The sheet metal forming and drawing hydraulic press is primarily used for metal thick and thin sheet drawing, blanking, and punching forming processes. It also features the conventional functions of a general-purpose hydraulic press, making it widely applicable. With a hydraulic cushion, it can perform post-drawing punching or post-punching flanging processes. This hydraulic press is extensively used in various fields such as automotive, motorcycle, household appliances, petrochemicals, rail transportation, and aerospace. This series of hydraulic presses comes in two structural forms: four-column and frame.
From the perspective of the machinery industry, by changing different molds, the sheet metal forming and drawing hydraulic press can be used to produce satellite antennas as well as other products shown in the image above.
It can be equipped with hydraulic pads, micro-adjustment die devices, and quick die change devices according to user requirements.
