Servo motor drive
Adopting servo motor to directly drive gear pump to supply oil, replacing the traditional asynchronous motor + proportional valve control, realizing the full closed-loop digital control of pressure and flow.
Water-cooled cooling system
Water-cooling device is integrated in the key parts of hydraulic pump station or oil cylinder, which can quickly take away the heat through circulating coolant and solve the problem of high oil temperature during high load operation:
Stable oil temperature: The water-cooled system can control the oil temperature within the range of 40℃-60℃, avoiding thermal expansion of hydraulic components caused by fluctuations in oil temperature and prolonging the life of seals.
Strong continuous operation ability: compared with air-cooled system, water-cooled heat dissipation efficiency is improved by more than 3 times, which supports 24-hour continuous operation of the equipment and is suitable for mass production.
Metal Stamping and Drawing
Used in the stretching process of automotive coverings, kitchen and bathroom hardware (e.g. sinks, pulls), complex shapes are molded by means of a multi-rod ejector (ejector force 63 tons).
Composite material molding
Compression of thermosetting materials such as SMC/BMC sheets, glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), etc. The mold temperature control system and high pressure holding ensure the density of the products.
Precision parts molding
Used in the embossing and shallow drawing process of 3C products such as cell phone center frame, watch case, etc., avoiding cracking or deformation of the products through the flexible control of servo system.
