The bending press is a full body exercise, which means, it contributes to the strengthening of several muscles within your body. It targets the shoulders, core, and legs. It could seem a wee bit hard at first, but worry not! Practice makes you stronger, and eventually when you do it you will literally feel the difference in your muscles every time you do it.

Master the Perfect Form for the Bending Press

A 60톤 프레스, you are going to start holding a weight overhead. This can be any weight — from a tiny dumbbell to a water bottle — that is comfortable for you. Get your weight and then stand tall, your feet hip-width apart. Next, keep your arms straight above your head and lower your body — bend your knees. Now, you will feel your stomach muscles engage as you are drawing the body toward the center. For the fourth rep, lower your body, and then stand up while pressing the weight back above your head. Do this movement a couple of times and soon you will see your strength building up!

Lift back up: After your body is as low to the ground as you can get, lift your body back up while pressing the weight back up above your head. Be ready to feel your muscles firing!
