The 1,600-ton sawdust pallet production line is a complete system that uses biomass waste—such as scrap wood, wood chips, sawdust, branches, and crop straw—as raw materials. Through a process of crushing → drying → adhesive mixing → hot pressing and molding in a single step, it produces standardized, eco-friendly pallets. The finished products comply with ISPM 15 standards—they are fumigation-free and quarantine-free, and can be used directly in export logistics.

The entire production line integrates all process modules, including raw material pretreatment, drying, adhesive mixing, hot-press molding, trimming, and stacking. It is designed for the production of mainstream pallet specifications such as nine-leg, "川"-shaped, and double-sided pallets.
