120 ton tire press with hydraulic lifting arm

2. High positioning accuracy: the lifting arm is equipped with servo motor + encoder, combined with the visual positioning system to ensure that the tire embryo and mold alignment error ≤ ± 1mm.

3. Strong load capacity: hydraulic lifting arm cylinder load ≥ 15 tons (120 tons of tire press matching), can easily carry 80-100kg embryo/finished tires

4. Safe and reliable: the lifting arm is equipped with overload protection (overload automatic shutdown). Mechanical limit (to prevent over-travel). Vacuum suction cup/mechanical gripper double redundancy design (the gripper automatically switches when the suction cup fails), to avoid the tire embryo falling.
